Salon Utopia

I have to share, only because it’s a week later and I am still disappointed in my hair. It is probably the WORST highlight job ever. My entire head was bleached, and I was told that was the way to get it done. My hair is basically ruined… and needs to wait at least a couple months to grow out. Not only was it bleached - but I was sent out Unstyled and chopped, Broken and fried. I had to have my normal hairdresser try to tone it and shadow highlight and even then it is still orange brittle.
