Horrible. Director of operations following kids around hotel and trying to talk to them. Pee smell in rooms. Cigarette smoke in hall ways. Marijuana smoking in elevators. Extremely rude staff. Staff walking into rooms without permission. No breakfast or cleaning. Garbage not being picked up. Cleaning not being done (gave us pool towels to use, not normal towels). Green algae all over pool and it was still open. Do not recommend especially if you have kids.
The shower in my room was slow . I was standing in 6 inches of water by the time my shower was complete. I tried turning water off while I soaped up then back on to rinse off. I called front desk and they had maintinance look into it. Next day same thing. Maintinance came up said that it was a drain issue and tried to clear it. It did not work maintinance guy said the rooms were like that drains installed improperly. Front desk called back this time to see if I was happy with the repair. I told them no it can not be repaired. The front desk asked now long I was staying I told them two more days . They said thank you. That was it.
I've been at this hotel twice in the last 2 years for my cousin's hockey tournament so we stayed for the weekend! There are alot of stores, resto, shopping mall neary by which are walking distance so in the summer it would be nice!
The service was good considering all the players from the team including parents were staying at the same hotel therefore they were extremely patient and nice!!!
