The food and drinks were excellent as always. What sets this place apart though, is the service. For my money, there is no better server on earth than Trish on Wednesday nights at ESM!! She is constantly upbeat, extremely friendly and willing to do whatever she can to make your experience enjoyable. Worth the return trip every time!
The service was amazing, friendly staff, reasonable prices considering you get unlimited salad with your entree, unlike the place across the road where the entrees are expensive for a little, and no salad included the the price

Horrible experience in general. Waited over an hour for our food, and when it got there it was just warm and my noodles were pasty and tasted odd. Normally I enjoy ESM, and was disapointed to take my family there for what was an all around frustrating experience.

I was never so upset when I left this restaurant. We received our food and were immediatly disappointed with the portion sizes. We have eaten at many East Side Mario's and noticed the difference at this restaruant. My chicken was a child size portion and as a waiter I would have been embarrassed to bring this to someones table. I am more surprized that a manager would find this size appropriate. I ordered the $10.99 meal for I wanted the unlimited salad. Well we placed our sign to ask for some and we never did receive a second portion. SO I got charged more for my meal. My chicken was so greasy and unedible and all dark meat and onlly about 4 bitefuls. My friend was not happy with the size of the New York pizza and he stated that it was average in taste. Then when our waiter came back not once offering us more water bread or salad forgot to give my friend his mousse that was to come with his meal. I was so upset I went to the car and he waited for the bill. He did want to leave a tip for that is how bad we felt with our experience so he left the change from the bill which was a very small amount because he just wanted to get out of there. We will never ever return to this establishment!
