    I guess they are so busy that they forgot what basic service means. Over the years as a company we purchased more than $20000 worth of stoves from them but now when we ask for service or additional questions we are treated in a patronising, condescending and rude way. Either the employees are not happy working there or they just don't care. But for sure my business is now going to partner with another one!

    Fireplace King did our whole house new build. A high efficiency furnace and air conditioning system, a heat recovery system, a domestic hot water system, a hot water radiant floor system in the basement and garage. Being a first time home builder, the administrative team at Fireplace King went above and beyond to help us design, supply and build a system that meets our needs 100%.
