This has to be the slowest Tim Hortons I have ever been to. I used to work at Tim Hortons and I know how things work they so unorganized here. There's so many of them behind the counter but doesn't look like anyone's getting anything done. They have hired some new staff and I understand training takes time but the lady who made my cold beverages made them completely wrong then try to tell me that there was nothing wrong with them. My kids and I couldn't even enjoy our beverages. Also they have cut back on their baking counts. I went in at 3 PM and more than half of their showcase was empty. The only reason I continued going here was because it is the closest one to my house but I've been disappointed so many times that I'm willing to go out of my way so I can get good service and quality of food/beverages
