a)CLEANLINESS-immaculately clean!Cooks looks sharp with nice uniforms b)SERVICE - just basic. No greetings. Cashier just standing there, not even a 'hi'. No exceptional service in dining area. Frontline People not interacting with guests. They just take order and cash out.. nothing special c) I can only comment on the food we order: Lechon paksiw-maalat, Sabaw-maalat, Tocino-doesnt taste like tocino , ginatang bilo2x-ok lang

Slow service. Some food on their menu are not available. We went there at 3pm on a Saturday and the front food counter was nearly empty. There were 2 barbeques left and there wasnt any left at the back. You would have to wait another half an hour or so for newly grilled bbq. We were supposed to order bicol express but the container was nearly empty. All that was left were greasy pork meat. Alot of people asked for bibingka but they dont have it. Not til next week because their machine just arrived from the Philippines. It wasnt a good experience at all.
