Worst customer service considering I spent $12000.00 on appliances. Bought a Dacor Stove that malfunctioned from the start and had to chase down the manufacture myself to get any satisfaction. Wouldn't recommend this store and will certainly never set foot in there again.
Purchased an ice machine for a sub zero for over $500 and it only worked for 6 months. I was told the manufacturer only offers a 90 day warranty. I had been a customer for over 15 years and they did nothing to help. Never again.

I examined your file, the issue was attempting to receive the part for free at the expense of Crawford Appliances. Of course, the service manager offered a discount, which was not accepted.
