Near zero respect for the customer. The man had the nerve to offer me a measly $100 for a 6-diamond gold ring. Told me "scrap" diamonds are not worth anything, all they want is gold. If anyone thinks they can get 6 diamonds for next to nothing then why do jewellery stores exist?
If you go to this place for a repair, I would recommend getting the quote in writing. I sent in a watch to get the crystal replaced and was verbally quoted $25. When I picked it up, $35 along with an unitemized receipt lumping my other watch having the batteries replaced with this one. When I mentioned, I had been quoted $25, they tried to explain that they must have put a new battery into my automatic watch (?). They did not correct the price and I will not be returning.
Amazing customer service! Super sweet people! They treated me like family the first time I met them! They are the only jewelry store I will deal with from here on in! Thx guys!
