I recently was involved in a fairly serious accidentcausing 15000 dollars damage.The manager,KEN told me not to worry that he would make sure that I would be perfectly satisfied and not to worry at all.KEN had it all repaired perfectly in the shortest time possible.Thank you very much,KEN.

Terrible experience. I won't recommend Profix. My car had collision and I ended up with Profix Collision center due to lack of knowledge on process. My car was fixed but later I observed crack on the tire where collision had happened. I visited profix to get it fixed since it is their responsibility as part of repair and even as per their claim of lifetime warranty. However, person took a picture of damage and told to revert next day. He never revert and even company never answered my call.

I have been taking my cars to profix for the last 10 years. They have fixed my Mazda, ford and Lexus bumper to bumper. Their painting and body work is exceptional. Not to mention, their dependable 24hr tow service has saved me off the side of the road countless times. I highly recommend using their services. The last collision I was involved in did a number on my Lexus but fortunately Profix returned my car to me in immaculate condition. Thanks to everyone at Profix for keeping me on the road!!
