Loyal customer for years. Bought all our furniture from Leon’s Newmarket over the years. Recently bought a new dishwasher, doing a Kitchen reno. Sales rep convinced us to not worry about the Maytag 72 hours period, just look it over once delivered. We did that once delivered, but when kitchen was ready and we went to instal, found it was defective. We asked Leon’s to exchange. They have not helped. Been dealing with managers on this for a month. This is how a loyal customer is treated!!!!
Purchased significant furniture and mattress a little over 3 years. Two seniors who use the dining room table only in the morning. Recently the padding in the seats are non existence and the staples holding the fabric are now showing. Leons response is that nothing can be done. We purchased our first piece of furniture from Leons first store on Markham Rd. Not any more.
