First they didnt call me back to schedule an appointment. Then they changed the appointment to a different date and time and when I arrived for my appointment they said I was an hour late? They never called but did email me while I was en route from out of town. Was it too hard to confirm the appointment by phone instead of waiting until I was already supposedly a half hour late? I will take my business elsewhere. Disorganized office and miserable staff.
