Interesting array of items, from cleaning supplies to packaging supplies to food prep supplies. You do not have to be a business to shop here, nor have a membership or anything like that. I've always found the staff to be helpful and the hours are good. It's very convenient having a supply store like this in town. The only better thing I'd like is if they sold bundles of cardboard boxes (say 6 x 8 x 4"), then I'd really be all set! I've been shopping here for years.

I have called the outlet branch in Niagara Falls several times looking for specific items and have always dealt with friendly and helpful employees. The prices are great and I would recommend this distributor as an excellent option for office supplies.

Horrible customer...

Horrible customer service. I tried to return a inferior product and the sales person was not going to let me exchange it saying they had no control over quality as they are just a distributor. I was not leaving g without my money or an exchange.
