Horrible customer service.
Was asked if I needed help with anything, and when pointed out the two area rugs I was interested in (they were set out in displays), I was directed to the bins at the back of the store, when I said there was one imaybe liked but wasn't sure, would I be able to unroll it, he said he'd have to see. Then told me it was more taupe vs the gray that I wanted. And that was that, done "helping me" didn't offer to assist with ordering one I was interested in.
