very low class no concern for the health of tenants due to water leaks foundations roofs etc...high mold counts and pultiple complaints to the tenant board high amounts of garbage on property buildings are all in poor condition regular maintenance is not a priority plugged eaves pot holes in parking lots flooded parking lots rental license should be prvoked

I left my 4-plex in their hands 3 months back. I had had enough with the hassles and headaches. They gladly accepted the contract, even knowing what I was having to deal with. Very impressed

I was very impressed with all the staff at Mutual Property. When my wife and I moved in everyone went out of their way to ensure that our move went smoothly and they were quick to follow up on any little touch ups we needed to have completed. I would highly recommend renting from them!
