This restaurant is one of my favourites. I like to come during lunch and always order the same seafood salad and a cup of the soup du jour. I love their soups....you can tell they are homemade and they change daily!! The service is quite exeptional as well and their waitresses are always smiling and trying to please their customers. We had a great time at the Barrel, the food here is really lovely and delicious. The menu is pretty big and offers quite a lot including a range of pastas, salads, veal and seafood. It tends to get quite busy during during especially on the weekends so we look to reserve ahead. Best italian meal we have had in a while!
This was our first time here and I cannot say enough good things about this restaurant. It has really good food and the staff are great. My husband said it was the best veal scallopine he has had in years!! The bartender made really good daquiris and our dessert was just delicious. We ususally have the tiramisu for dessert but the cappucino crunch cheesecake was just as good.
Amazing food, amazing people and our favourit spot
Barrel Italian restaurant is really really good. The food fresh and the service is fast. We always enjoy our meals here and they have a really good childrens menu with crayons for the little ones. The thing my family and I really like too is that they give bread and soup/salad with every entree. This spot has been our favourite for years!
We were 'iffy' about going to a franchise type restaurant on our holidays but the extremely positive reviews in Restaurantica convinced us to give it a try. Wow, it was every bit as good and better than the reviews.
