Called the place ...

Called the place to request a certain person 2 times now I get there and not the person I requested. First off the lady but my nail on crooked. Once I told her she kinda gave me attitude and nailfiled it. Then she put so much acrylic on my nails now they are incredibly thick. She asked me my shape I requested was square round and she rounded my nails. Once they polished my nails there was nailpolish all over my cuticles. Why would you let your customers leave with nail polish on there cuticles. And lastly they use base coat as top coat. I have been going to them for A very long time and they have always been amazing. I'm very dissapointed because now I have to find a new salon.
