My son turned me onto this place. Great little place.
Owner is great and good to talk too. Good with prices. Pizza's are always made in good time and taste good.
I was visitng Sudbury for the week-end and thought I'd order a nice Pizza. Being unfamiliar with the local pizza joints, I thought I'd look online to see what the best pizza in town was.
After seeing Pizza One's raving reviews, I thought I'd give them a whirl.
We called them, ordered a nice exrra large pizza and were told it would be ready in 30 minutes. Pretty standard stuff. Little did we know we would never taste said pizza.
About five minutes later they called back and left a voice message saying that we had to call back to confirm the order. No problem, a simple formality, I assumed.
We called back and they told us that they refused to fulfil the order because our call display was blocked and our number was from out of town and if we wanted to order with them, we had to come inside and wait 30 minutes.
I do not understand why they would turn away a potential client and make them wait just to tell them that they have to drive over and wait.
If that was there policy for people from outside of the 705 area code, why didn't they tell us in the first place instead of making us wait for nothing?
It is unfortunate that poor service spoiled what *might* be the best pizza in Sudbury.
I would recommend that out-of-towners not patronise them.
first i would like to say sorry for your bad experience, but for the record we don't sell extra large pizzas and we don't deliver . if you call with an out of town number that does not receive incoming calls than we can't make the order . thank you

Very good food
I've been here many times and never been disappointed. The food is good and the service from Pat and his wife is always top notch.
