The most delicious Italian Food I've ever had in my life!!! Service is very good. They treat you like you're family. No comparison to these franchise restaurants...who claim they serve Italian Food. Portion size is generous and the quality is of a higher scale. Amazing! We'll be back and with more friends to come.

This is my personal favourite for fine food, not just in Whitby, but for the entire Durham region. The Italian food choices on the menu are excellent entr, and represent some excellent skills in the kitchen... great salads and other find dining openers, a good choice of wines (local & abroad), very good service when the head waiter does not have any of his friends in. The food and the setting and atmosphere are the highlights of this restaurant. Fine instrumental guitar serenades you quietly in the background as you eat. Great place for a classy romantic escape!
I have actually been to this restaurant 3 times with my husband. The last time was the best. They had some new wait staff, business was picking up, and they were more professional with more diners at their tables, and fewer friendly rowdies in one corner.
The restaurant is at the end of a small plaza and its appearance from the outside understates the warm, rich room that will delight you on the inside.

I love this restaraunt and have been many times. The ownners are very kind and the food is incredible, we came in on Dec. 23rd as a special Christmas family dinner with our children, while almost everything was amazing, only the service was a disappointment.
It seems that there is one male senior server that whenever I have him he either is too busy for us, or seems mad that we are there too long, or forgets to bring things we've asked for. There is just always something that makes the service not measure up.
Try this restaurant for the amazing menu, and hopefully someone else will be serving that night.
