Pathetic service. I purchased a refillable cartridge, when I went to use it and it didn't work, I called and was directed to an "ink technician". He proceeded to tell me that if I had something important to print I should have bought a new cartridge. Clearly an unreliable service and they are selling products that they can't even stand behind. I will never use this service again. I wish I could give no stars but I had to give one for this review. Save your money and time by avoiding this place like this plague.
The returned "defective" refilled cartridge was test printed on our $7,000 Genesis ink testing machine and printed perfectly. The fact that the
cartridge failed to print for the customer indicates a printer issue, NOT a
cartridge issue (experienced users of refilled print cartridges are well
aware of these random "failures"). Customer omitted that she was given a
full refund for the refill - we absolutely stand behind and warranty all our
refilled cartridges.
