If I could I would rate this store a 0. Horrible, horrible cus timer service. You are followed around like a the if as soon as you walk in. No mirrors in the fitting room. You hold on 5o a hanger...viewing the item & its snatched away from you before youve had enough time to even consider, if you would like to try it on. The sales staff are like a watch dog...makes customers feel very uncomfortable.

Bought a Guess purse for my girlfriend for her birthday which cost me about $150. One of sides of the handle came away from the body of the purse in two weeks with her using it twice. The owner didn't refund my money or give me a credit note. I entered a claim with the BBB and she didn't even respond. The owner doesn't care if she sell defective items. She is only interested in the money she brings into her Whitby and Bowmanville stores.
