Wimpy's is part of a chain that seems to be struggling in a number of its locations.
The food was OK--but Wimpy's is in the category where OK is good enough. The probem is service which is just OK. The owner needs to work on the fun/friendliness factor for the staff.
OK if you are in the area, it is one of the few places open (e.g. on a Monday), and you are hungry.

And that's until the huffy wait staff gets you a coffee, eating there is painful, both times it takes almost 45 minutes to get breakfast (the place isn't packed either) and then the food is lackluster!

Food was average but like every other Wimpy's I've been into the service is abysmal. The staff truly seem like they are disinterested in the customers. I'll take my business elsewhere.
I've been to this restaurant on three separate occasions, and have ordered the grilled cheese every time which they can never seem to get right. Every time i ask them in advance if their grilled cheese is made with shredded cheddar as listed in the menu, and every time they tell me it is. However when my food comes, it comes with a proccesed cheese slice. Very disappointed with the food and quality of service.
