La réparation à ma porte de lave-vaisselle a occasionné un problème récurrent d'interuption du cycle et je n'ai reçu aucun soutien du technicien pour régler le problème. Vraiment déçue, que suis-je censée faire avec un appareil qui s'arrête sans cesse?!
Claimed to have parts for our fridge which is why we agreed to a service call. After they left our house claiming to have the part, charging us for the service call, to call back after they left to say they couldn’t get the part.
Would not reimburse us for the service call even though they said when we initially called to see if they could service our Kenmore (which is no longer being made) they could get parts. Should have been up front with us at the beginning and not wasted our time/money.
Extremely disappointed. Waited 2 months for them to tell me that my piece for my BBQ could not be ordered. And this is only after I kept going after them calling them on a weekly basis where they would tell me they would call me back and never did. Then I asked to be refunded half of the service call and they had the audacity to tell me to go directly to the manufacturer and ask them for my refund since it is their fault they cannot complete the job order. What a joke !!!
TERRIBLE! SERVICE 2000 à envoyer deux techniciens à ma maison et aucun d’entre eux n’a pu trouver le MODÈLE du four et le numéro de SERIE. Ils ont cherché pendant au moins une demi-heure et un technicien a appelé son superviseur aussi. L’unité a été légèrement sorti du mur afin que je puisse être dit qu’il est vieux et les pièces ne sont pas disponibles. Ils n’auraient même pas pu trouver le MODÈLE du four et le numéro de SERIE !! Il y avait aussi deux morceaux qui ont tombés du panneau intérieu
