Horrible service. Asked for a taxi to come the east doors of the casino for an elderly man. The dispatcher said that taxis will ONLY go to the main doors and another door would be extra money. When I asked why the dispatcher said I had to the main doors or not get a cab and called me an idiot.
Very bad service. Charged $110 on my credit card when I wasnt looking. Showed up on my statement later. Was too late to complain. I called and they just hung up on me.

Booked a taxi the day before for a 6pm pickup. It was a no show. Tried calling the coop number and it rang busy. The cab driver called 40 minutes later and I told him I was already atmy destination. So much for booking in advance. Terrible service

Called a cab to get to work 30 minutes before they call back 20 minutes later asking for my address I repeat it 3 times and they say they had the complete wrong address and are across the city from my house and that it's to far and make me call a different cab company and be late for work
They were rude and very unhelpful, not listening to my requests, threatened me, and hung up the phone mid sentence while I was speaking on multiple occasions. I will never be using this awful service again, and I will make sure and go out of my way to ensure all of my friends and even quintessences will not use this service.

I left my expensive glasses in a random cab that picked us up and Co-op tracked down the car and brought my glasses back to my place.

Called for a cab, was told it would be there in 5 - 15 minutes. 1 hour later I called back only to find out the cab was never event sent, so they sent a second one, again 5 - 15 minute wait. I waited for an hour and 20 minutes for the second cab that, big surprise, never showed up.
I had a polite dispatcher, the cab was punctual, the driver was friendly and took me to my destination. That's all I ever ask for, it was a good experience.
The dispatcher, when I called, was also very rude. Ill never use coop again because of this!!!
I seriously have no words to explain how rude the dispatcher is. It's unbelievable that the person is actually getting paid for doing this extremely poor job. I wonder if the management is reading this but they should look into it, unless they are careless about customer service. I am not going to get on this cab again.
Called the cab. Came for me. Drove me to my destination. Friendly service. What else do you need or expect from a cab?
Call for a cab at 820 called back 3 times then she said he picked up some one else not good !!!!!!!!! For $$$$$!!
They arrived within mere minutes of calling, friendly greeting and an enjoyable ride, haven't let me nor my friends down at all, they truly improved their game made a night of drinking more enjoyable by being there when you needed them to get you to where you need next. I would strongly refer these guys over any taxi in Regina as they were the only ones to show up when called upon, and I mean it. No waiting, nothing went wrong, thru we're even fast to get to my destination.
Today at 1320hr, I phoned Co-op taxi to go to my appointment. But the cab made me wait for 40minutes. So ridiculous and frustrating. And on my way to my appointment, the office receptionist called me to inform that they had to re-schedule me for being so late for the appointment, I can't blame them for that. I told the cab driver to turn back to my place because there is no point going to my appointment that was cancelled. To my surprise he still charged me $5.40 dollars. To think that everything was their fault. Their very poor and very slow service. So never ever call co-op cab to bring you to your destination, you'll never get there on time and you'll have the worst experience.
