I've eaten in Many South Asian restaurants over the years, having lived in Vancouver and Toronto. This is one of the best South Asian restaurants, and definitely in my top 3 that I've eaten in (out of poss. 10-15). Their Chicken Korma is the best I've ever had, & other dishes worth mentioning is veggie curry, and their madras (chicken). Their lamb curry is also excellent. They use fresh ingredients, and you might pay a little more then say a "buffet" style in Toronto (ie 10.99 for all you can eat), but here's why : the chicken for example is white meat/chicken breast. That means a Big difference in costs, where many buffet style places & other cheap eats, ie in Toronto may use thighs etc. Know when you are comparing apples to apples. Staff are friendly and helpful! Highly recommend this place. Good, reasonable lunch specials during the week from 7.99 (veggie curry). Enjoy! Read more

Hands down the BEST Indian joint I have tried... butter chicken was jam packed full of flaviour and had the perfect amount of spice and spices (not Americanized at all). The people who run this restaurant are always so friendly! To top that off, the food is great. I really enjoy their palak paneer especially. They're also great with accomodating tastes. I like my food spicy, while my other family members are not so keen on it. When I order spice levels all over the map, it's never screwed up. Always perfect for each person.
