Poor service. Rude staff and owner. Blaming to me that it took too much time on me although It wasn't free. I paid full amount. Was too harsh with waxing. Treated me like a piece of meat. Disappointed with every second a spent in this saloon. NEVER COMING BACK HERE!

I have been coming to this place from almost 4 months now. I love this place very friendly and cooperative staff. Owner herself is very nice. She is very knowledgeable. They have really good techniques and procedure they follow. So I highly recommend this place.

I had a very bad experience in this saloon last weekend on 11th March 2017. I had gone there to get my eyebrow threading and after waiting for the indianlady to finish two clients. She said her assistant would take care of me. Since I had been there in January I asked if she could do my eyebrows. She refused saying doesn't do threading with growth of more than 6 months. First, I have not even been in Calgary for 6 months. Secondly, you don't treat your customers like that. Will not recommend.

Horrible horrible experience. Wanted to give 0/10 . There products are really bad. Especially , do not trust Their words. When buy anything make sure to get your recipient. Other wise they will make you fool. Will never go back.

I have been coming to this salon for about 10 years. I have always had a wonderful experience at the salon. They have wonderful stylist that listen to me and get me the results I want with my hair.
