I recently purchased a custom build system from Memory Express and asked them to put it together. When I went to set up the system many of the drivers could not be located and the advice to go online and find them would have been great if the driver for the ethernet connector had been included.
A quick call into them confirmed my worst suspicions they of course had no knowledge and no advice and were not able to help with the system they were paid to build. All in all a truly disappointing customer service experience.
With any luck this will save some other person the grief and time associated with custom builds from this company.
