Horrible customer service, it takes 3 days to get a prescription filled using their "convenient" online web ordering. They obviously don't need your business, they are already too busy to do . Take your prescriptions somewhere else because this store has very porr customer service.
The staff at Pilot Sound Shoppers Drug mart are quite exceptional, in particular Annette, who has put a lot of time into getting some of my more problematic prescriptions successfully filled. Not once but 4 times now. Can not say enough good things about her.
