Some praise for your crew. I think the tech and helper are doing a phenomenal job. Our numbering system is quite complex and, very confusing.(numerous jobs, welders, spools). He has picked it up quite quickly and has made the transition between xray companies virtually seamless. (along with you guys and girls in the office) He has very high expectations for himself, and feels a minor mistake on the reports, as simple as a welder initial, is a major.
