This not only is the ultimate insulation it also creates an incredibly rigid structure and is impervious to moisture, mold, and pests. A steel girder is always included front and back in our proven floor system. Not only does this reinforce the floor skids, it also provides a sturdy, reliable way to winch or tow your building around without the threat of damage to the floor. Floors are always 1' on centre (competition is 16" on centre) 2x6, 2x8, or TGI depending on width of structure. Rather than taking delivery of your "finished" cabin and then partially dismantling it to install your plumbing and electrical, why not pre plan and get it included in the build process. It's much easier, higher quality, and less costly. On the exterior we offer several finish options.

Many of our cabins are setup with a water system and heating. All you need at delivery is your propane tank, generator, and depending on your choice of toilet ( composting toilets are an option), a sewage tank and you are ready to move in.
