They take the time to explain everything to you and follow up service is especially great.
We have friends who moved to Vancouver Island and they still come back to Mainland Sleep. We would recommend this company to everyone who needs a C-PAP.
I asked for pricing for a CPAP part and they took over a week to get back to me, so I emailed again. Then I received a response to the first email pricing the part at $70. Soon after I received a second email pricing it as $104. For the same piece of equipment!
I mentioned the different pricing in my response and was told I should have taken the first 'deal'.
Yeah. I'll pass.
