I don't know what kind of third-rate operation they are running here, but the level of service they are providing is COMPLETELY unacceptable. I am running on my THIRD cancelled appointment in the past 2-3 months, all of which I must carefully schedule weeks ahead of time. Oh, sorry, they only cancelled twice. The first one, they just completely stood me up—the business was shuttered when I arrived. Do they meet with ANY of their customers, or is it just me they have a personal grudge against???
Long wait times for tellers. Only one personal advisor available and a month wait to see her.

Scotia Banking is a complete gas beware they have serious issues they need to work out before ever handling my business
Were told that I can split my credit card into 3 credit cards. It's 2 months on and nothing happened so far. Only calls of confused operators that told me: No, they can't do it, then Yes they can do it. Visited to Bank branch multiple times, still no cards.
