    Such terrible customer service. No attempt to buzz or even try to deliver in any capacity. I’ve been Unable to get my SIM card on the mail. They say no one is home, but I have not gone out since I’m quarantining!!! I redirected to a new address and same thing ! I cannot understand how this issue has not been fixed. I have lost over a week of work since I don’t have a SIM card. I never write reviews but this type of service is unbelievably terrible. Any tips on how to obtain my package?

    I truly believe they do not even bother to try to deliver. I am elderly, handicapped and generally always home unless I go to the dr. They delivered part of an order yesterday but could not deliver the entire order as they said it was the wrong address. How is that? same address on both parts. After 3 times talking to purolator, 4 e-mails to purolator. I see they are advertising for people to work there. dont bother - they probably wont pay you.

    Do not use them. Had a package delivered from amazon. I usually have it on Canada post but I guess amazon had them send it instead. There were 4 people home when they "delivered" the package. My dad was sitting near the front door and said "oh I saw them but they didn't knock so I didn't go up to the door". I guess they wanted him to chase down the truck?

    I hate to even give this company 1 star- service is the absolute worst. Drivers DO NOT deliver- was home all day and no delivery but online showed delivery attempted. Second attempt same thing- no delivery no notice- online states attempted. Can't understand why they are still in business. DO NOT EVER USE THIS COMPANY!!!!!!

    They are worse than useless. Their first delivery came at 9:49 and I arrived 5 minutes later to find their notice of redirecting to willowbrook. I called and told them that I would be home by 10 the and to redeliver it to my home. Next day they delivered at9:09 and I found their notice of redirection to Willowbrook when I got home at 9:53, the package is from Costco. The nearest Costco is 12km. away and Willowbrook is 19km. Why use a delivery service to take the package further away? Avoid them.

    Without a doubt, the WORST shipping service I've ever used. Avoid it at all costs. Rude, unhelpful customer service, and lazy drivers who don't even attempt delivery.
