Horrible service. The PG location told me my parcel was lost in one of their trucks, and they had no idea when I would get it.
Very friendly and efficient!
I sent a package C.O.D. It arrived and was claimed. They are sending me bills that I owe them for sending it. And the staff needs to be trained for their job and how to deal with the public.
I dont how this company can be in business. I called wanting to track a parcel that was to be delivered first thing as the store was to open. I sat on the phone (on hold) for a long time and still got nowhere. I wound up having to drive to the business. This is with a tracking number. Had I known this I would have went through a different company to deliver the parcel
I Feb./18 I had parcel misdirected to address two blocks away from my home address, when parcel clearly had my correct address on it. If not for the honesty of the person at that address I would not have received it. Last week, I had another parcel, this time from AMAZON, and driver said there was no clearly visible address - when there is a reflective sign on a trellis facing the street beside my drive way. This package had to be picked up the next day by me. Same story this week!
I’m 8 months pregnant and went to pick up my stroller and car seat I ordered online, the lady at the front desk was very unfriendly and after signing off on my package she just left me there, didn’t offer or ask to help me try to lug this huge and heavy box to my car!
Received a quote and reference number from there toll free number. courteous Staff, instructed me to put instructions on the packing label in bold letters (DROP-OFF AT DOOR PLEASE, NO SIGNATURE REQUIRED). Dropped off parcel at the PG Puro Station @ 2:30PM with the shipping label plastered on 5 sides of the box. Provided the reference number and quote to the rude staff behind the counter. Advises that (it cant be used) and proceeds to fill out a manual waybill.
Not sure what the issues are with other customers, but to date, I have had excellent service from Purolator. We live out of the city and they have no issues with coming down our road that is a dirt road, and often even impassable during the winter. They attempted to deliver me a package last week, and due to the heavy snowfall we had just received, were not able to bring it up my driveway. However, they promptly e-mailed me that they would attempt delivery next business day.
Terrible. I have called multiple times in a few weeks to have a package picked up from my office. They deliver and pick up from both neighbors on either side of me but wont stop here. Every time I have called they said the driver accepted the delivery but still never showed. I am quite disappointed with their service.
I sent a shipment from vancouver to a school in prince george. They dropped it at the purolator depot and said that the school is out of there area. there are 14 boxes in the shipment and i paid for door to door service not door to depot. They want the customer to come and pick up these boxes. i checked maps and they are 11 minutes away from the school. These guys are useless. Every year i have to fight with them to deliver multiple shipment packages.
