If I could give this company 0 starts I would. Booked an appointment at 10. They never called to inform me why they late as well as they are not replying on my phone calls. Had to call Costco and item that they were supposed to deliver is still there. It has been an hour they are late and I have to go to work. Terrible experience!!!! You guys should have no business if you don’t know how to run it!!!!!!

Shop N Drop totally helped me out after I could not fit a bed I had purchased at Costco into my vehicle. The van showed up on time with super courteous driver...loaded in moments and we were off to my house shortly thereafter. Quick, efficient and cost effective solution. Very happy with my overall experience. I urgently needed a new fridge and Eric was great to work with - he even kept me in mind when he had an earlier time slot open up knowing how quickly I needed a delivery. Very professional, efficient and reasonably priced. Recommend this business!

Bought a fridge at Costco and needed it delivered to my home. Competitors offered at Costco were more than twice what Shop N Drop charges. Staff was extremely helpful, professional, and great to deal with. Top notch. I would highly recommend them.
