I took my kitten here with a fever and I kid you not, their immediate response was that FIP (a terminal disease) was likely the issue. They told me that there was a good chance my cat was dying because he had a fever. They had done NO diagnostics at this point. I started BAWLING HYSTERICALLY and then they gave me a $4000 bill to pre authorise. They told me that they wanted to run tests to rule it out. Literally every test under the sun. Excellent care by the Doctor and the staff. The facilities are amazing and they have all the radiograph, ultrasound and other equipment needed to diagnose our dog. Also the cost of the visit was in line with a day visit, not the high prices of the other emergency clinics in the area. While our dog treated for a urinary infection that came on in the middle of the night, the doctor also noticed the stiffness in the rear hips and recommended treatment to avoid future damage. really thankful!
