They did a wonderful job grooming my cat . I take him there every 3 months or so . If you pre-book your next visit they even give you a discount . I have had a very good experience with this grooming business.

Appalled by the customer service and the way the groomers spoke of my dog. Showed her pictures of the first grooming that was done and she proceeded to tell me my dog was very overweight. Insulting. Weight and fur have nothing to do with one another. She called me and told me if she knew there was that much knots on her backside she would not have taken her. She requested to show her instead of working thoroughly on her. So not go here. They do not treat their customers with respect.

The female groomer knows absolutely nothing about customer service. We were trying to tell her what we wanted done (because the last cut was not what we wanted), but rather than listening she started yapping and obviously didn’t hear a word we said as she did the exact cut we asked her not to do. She is pushy, rude and condescending to her customers. Under no circumstances will we ever take any of our pets there again.

We were looking for an alternative to the drive to Kelowna and our favourite groomer . However will not go back to Wet Spot. My husband took our flatcoated retriever in for a bath and grooming while I was away hoping to surprise me. Sad to see the lack of knowledge of the breed and scissor marks straight across the lovely once flowing coat ! Poor job of tidying paws too. Very disappointed - we will not be back !

The owners are very caring & up-to-date on feeding & maintenance for a wide variety of breeds both canine & feline. The grooming is the best I've found in Vernon and my Tibetan Terrier loves to go to the shop!

Vernon desperately needed a cool little store like this. Very bright & Clean. Loved the grooming job & the vet technician there helped me with my finicky eater.
