We had water under the kitchen sink. The plumber came, spent 1/2 hour removing the garburetor and repiping the sink, then identified the source of the leak as the tap. I asked him to replace the tap, but he would not do that and left leaving me with an apartment that had to be evacuated.. He charged for 2.25 h Very poor customer service!
