I have always received outstanding service from the Mr.Lube in Kelowna. I would highly recommend them for all my fluid replacement needs. All the staff are professional and knowledgeable, and always respect that I am very particular with my vehicles.

They need to have better communication to their customers if things are going to take longer than originally stated. People come to places like this so they can be in and out quickly. If I knew it was going to take 2 hours, an hour more jam quoted, I may have planned my day differently. I will not be back to this location.
