I bought a duct cleaning groupon from this company. I was pleasantly impressed at the expertise and high level of professionalism that Randy and Dave have. (The owners) They immediately identified potentially harmful mold that was in my ducting system and worked quickly to rectify the problem.
I felt confident that this company wasn't ripping me off and pushing to sell unnecessary products as most companies often do. They took the time to explain the mechanics of my furnace and ducting system without all the "fluff" talk.

I would rate these guys 0 stars.I had purchased a groupon for $69 for 10 returns, when they came they charged me an additional $69 for "additional returns".Typicaly groupon is supposed to be cheaper...but not with these guys.I have cleaned my ducts in the past with out groupons wih companies where it was $149, typically it takes about 1.5 hours...5 star was in and out of our house in 20 mins...so lets think about this, how is it possible to clean "20" ducts in 20 mins efficiently?I would say quite impossible.I sent an email to the company & they argued the fact that they were here for over an hour and that they can provide me "pictures" of the before & after.I didnt even bother because how do i know if they are even my ducts?When they were cleaning my ducts they had asked if i wanted my furnace cleaned - are you kidding??!!! Anways, now that they have left, our furnace no longer runs properly, we figure that they blew all the dust into the furnance so in the end we have to call another duct/furnace cleaning company to fix their work...so it ended up costing us much more then if i were to pay full price with a reputable company.what a joke!
I got a coupon through Dealfind. First it took me almost 2 months to be able to get an appointment, then when the 2 guys showed up an hour late, (they did phone to say they would be late), they said they didn't have a hose long enough to reach my furnace. He said he did have a longer hose at home but I would need to make another appointment and that someone should be calling me almost immediately. After an hour and not hearing anything, I called the company and made another appointment for the following Saturday, this was on Tuesday,. I did tell them I did not want to wait another 2 months for an appointment. So now it's Saturday, they were suppose to be here at 11....at 11:30 I called the company to find out what is going on and lo and behold..you can't reach anyone on a Saturday...only Monday to Friday. It is now 12 and I still have no one hear and no one that I can call. Real good business....I tell you...NEVER AGAIN
"I recently had the pleasure of meeting 2 great guys at 5 star furnace after purchasing a Groupon voucher for duct cleaning. I had many other services added on once I was informed of all their abilities, for example I had my furnace, HRV and dryer vent cleaned as well as a full system disinfection. The guys took the time to explain exactly what they were doing and even pulled me aside to show me before and after results! They were respectful in my home, their services were complete with efficiency and they were very friendly and approachable during the service. The cost of their services were quite reasonable, especially with the groupon! Not only did this particular occasion give me a clean and fresh home, but it also initiated a continuing partnership with 5 star furnace. I will be contacting them for ALL of my future services!
