Loyal customers no more; paid but no work done
My wife and I used to be frequent, loyal customers but not anymore. I got my jeans back a few weeks ago and noticed that it was still long. I informed them of the problem and they told me that the jeans I'm showing them was still factory stitched! I was surprised. That would mean that I got my jeans back, paid for it and yet no work was done. Unfortunately, I lost the receipt and they wouldn't believe my side of the story. I was treated very badly -- as if I'm trying to steal from them. So now, they've lost 2 frequent customers. All for a service which costs less than $7.
