I am originally from Ontario, but call Halifax my home and my base of operation! Following my passion for healing, I was naturally introduced very quickly to the benefits of Reiki Energy. My purpose is to help balance the male and female energy that is within each person. In doing so, I want to help as many individuals understand that each level of themselves are important and require equally attention to maintain a natural flow in their lives.

My Reiki treatments are focused on the energy channels that flow throughout the body, the treatments goal is to reset the movement of energy to make the client more balanced. Another focus is to relieve the buildup of fluid that resides in the lymph nodes as well as a guided meditation that allows clarity to the conscious level.A Reiki session is all about the internal work of the individual.
