City Wide Taxi

I am moving with a bunch of luggage and my cat. Cab driver came, saw the cat, said "I'm allergic to cats" and JUST LEFT, me, my cat and luggage out in the rain. Driver did not tell me what was happening or if/when a new cab was coming. What the heck!

The worst cab company in cape breton, hands down.

Awful dispatch at times.

Awful customer service, sometimes doesn't pick up, refuses to give accurate wait times if you ask them.

Horrible service, can't get any worst then this ! Call a different cab if you are reading this and save your time !!

This company is absolutely terrible. I called an hour and ten minutes before i had to work knowing the roads were not the best. I waited an hour and half and called numerous times to see where they were or even if they were coming at all. Needless to say i was late for work and not to answer to and tell me anything at all. Hope someone puts these guys out of business
