on the phone. They came over right away and got right up on the roof and did a proper inspection. They followed up with a written estimate at a fair price. They did the job sooner than they promised because I was in a bind with a leaky roof and they found some space in the schedule. Also, they did a super job with clean-up. There was not a speck of any trash left.
George and Brenda operate a business that renews your confidence in a company that believes in quality workmanship and in standing behind its work. We've had some problems with IKO shingles blowing off and George has returned numerous times to replace the lost shingles without charge. I wouldn't recommend any IKO products but I would certainly recommend North Halton Roofing to my friends.
This roofing company came on the date promised, had all materials ready, worked as a team quickly and competently, and cleaned up well when done. They were careful of my two ornamental trees, and covered up any items that couldn't be moved - they respect what is important to their customers. They conducted themselves in a professional manner - no shouting, no bad language, etc. I had every confidence in the work, as they are a well established local business, not a fly-by-night outfit.
