I would give this place zero stars if I could. Isa Designs was a complete nightmare from start to finish. The owner, Isabel Romero, is one of the most unprofessional and disrespectful people I've ever met. She was rude, dismissive, and made the entire bridal fitting experience a disaster. She openly criticized my body shape and my bridal party, making everyone uncomfortable and ruining what should have been a joyful occasion.
