I will NEVER GO THERE AGAIN. THEY CUT MY DOG TILL HE BLEED. THEY ALSO LEFT A TON OF LONG HAIRS I HAD TO TRIM. WHEN I BROUGHT THE ISSUES TO THEIR ATTENTION THEY BECAME VERY AGGRESSIVE AND EXTREMELY RUDE. MOST UNPROFESSIONAL SERVICE EVER. Also extremely expensive. I had to demand a refund and they told they were going to call all their groomer friends so I couldn’t get my dog groomed elsewhere. Disgusting service. I will never be back to say the least.

Never go there again. First time my dogs backside was trimmed so short it was raw, I had to get cream and have him wear a cone for a week. They apologized and said if I was willing to bring him back again they would give him a free groom. I decided to go back and give them another chance, however when I brought him in and mentioned that he is not to be cut short on his backend because last time you caused him pain when I picked him up not only was I charged but it was 30% more than than before

FANTASTIC!! We own a very strong aggressive 80lb English Bull Dog Charpie mix. NO ONE including vets can handle him. That was until we found this company. We had his nails trimmed and shampoo that included cleaning his ears etc at a very reasonable price. This lady knows how to handle dogs and has all the required equipment to be successful. We plan on monthly visits going forward. Thanks Again!

i recently brought my dog chica to be groomed at clip and tails doggie day spa my dog chica looked and smelled really good wow! she was so happy not only did she get a great hair cut but they gave me some treats to give to her later highly recommend this place

I let my dog Sasha decide, and she loved it! Very warm and friendly environment. This family run business really made Sasha feel like she was part of their family. Did a great job on her nails and haircut. I won’t go anywhere else. In fact, the plan is to take Sasha to her Spa day and I go shopping the next time, can’t get any better than that for both of us!!!
