No one looked like they wanted to serve me. Barely got acknowledged when I walked in even though I had an appointment. But I called ahead left my name behind and asked for a 1 pm appointment. When I got in I wasn’t even acknowledged. your employee simply said lunch. When I explained I had an appointment at 1 you simply shrugged and said oh well.
