First making cookies for ourselves and our guests, and then to fulfill an ever-growing number of orders from friends and family, we finally decided to officially launch Queen of Shortbread as Grimsby's source of these delicate, crumbly treats. With time, we expanded our offering to other types of cookies, and now we cater to families, companies, and anyone who's looking for a perfect gift.

At Queen of Shortbread, our cookies are baked in the evenings and on the weekends, to make sure they're fresh and fragrant the next day.
