I’ve had an oil change from them and they just helped me out with a brake issue.
They didn’t take advantage of me for being a woman. They explained exactly what was wrong with my brakes.
They did an awesome job and referred me to a great local mechanic to fix my brakes.

Went there today (April 22) for an oil change. Pulled up to the doors, another car was waiting in the other lane so i pulled into the next lane. Waited for about 10 minutes No one came to say anything. So another customer pulls in behind the first car and goes in to talk to them. The staff opens the bay door for them and then lets them go ahead of me. GREAT customer Service. I have two cars that i take there, NEVER AGAIN. That is not how you treat customers.
I just read the previous review and feel sorry for the guy, but I haven't had that experience with the Main Street group. I'm a female and I 've been dealing with these guys for at least 8 years. They have never upsold me on any services, their advice has been solid regarding services they don't offer and they have even advised me against services that I thought might be useful or necessary. They are polite and courteous. The facilities are clean. I
Had first oil change on my brand new 2015 ford 150 , lost more then half of my motor oil they forgot to tighten my oil filter. They checked on the sheet they topped up windshield washer fluid and i had none when i needed to use it , I had synthetic oil put in and when i brought my truck back they just threw the cheap oil in it i stood there and watched will never go back and i don't think anyone else should go there the staff is not experianced.
