Filed my taxes in March, and did the Pay With Refund Option, the lady doing my taxes (who had the manager helping her) informed me that the $30 I owed would be taken off my GST cheque in JULY. Its now the end of April, they have redirected over $1000 out of my acct to theirs. When I called them they had no explanation, told me the $ would be refunded into my acct same day, been 4 days and NOTHING. The manager is avoiding my calls. Contacted MP & NRP and theyre investigating it. DONT GO HERE!!!!
I filed my taxes may 7th 2016 and expecting that by filing they would indeed be filed & after the fee I paid. Well. I was wrong instead on July 5th when I was supposed to receive my gst credit I noticed I didn't. I immediately called cra to find out my taxes were never filed. I then called this location to be told they hadnt sent. Due to this error all my payments w cra are delayed. They did little to correct that but give me $60 I had paid them. Now I am without over $1000 this month.
