The television was working intermittently when I took it in. The repairman told me he had found the problem, replaced a part and it was fine. I took it home and it still didn’t work. So I questioned him about why this might be. When I asked to see the old part (and try and find out how he got a replacement part so quickly on a Sunday), it turned out the part had not been replaced. I don’t think he had actually done anything. And he wasn’t really prepared to do anything when I told him the tv still didn’t work. So I stopped payment on my cheque and never heard back from him. Lost a $25 deposit.

This review is total wrong with some one else. First, I usually respond to the customer immediately whenever their tv have problem again. I never have any cheque which is stopped by customer. Normally if customer was not happy, the full refund for them must be done, but for many years ago, thousand of tv have been fixed, and no one has complain about service, cost, quality after they use IN HOME TV & ELECTRONIC SERVICE 24/7. This customer brought tv to other shop and he do complain to other. I wish to contact with him ( her) if I can to help repair tv again, if I can. Regards. Business Owner. Hai Truong Best regard
Our big TV was stop working a week ago and I have tried to fix it as soon as possible because we want to watch the hockey game at Saturday night. I called SOME companies and IN HOME TV & ELECTRONIC SERVICE 24/7 gave to us the best price and can do the service immediately. He came to our home on time as appointment within 1 hour and brought the right parts with him. After 30 minutes replace parts, which exactly he said on the phone, Tv have been working again. He adjust the picture and the sound for better quality. We are very happy with this service because the price is so good and service is very fast with full written warranty on parts and labor. I will call this company again if have any problem with electronic home entertainments.
I got my broken big LCD and I did not wanna throw it, so I called him. He estimated the damage and the acceptable cost on the phone really fast and then came to solve the problem perfectly; I couldn't wait to write this review to you, my friend. Thank you very much! I get my TV back working as good as NEW!
We were not informed in advance of any service fees for the inspection of our tv, yet the technician arrived with an invoice and presented it only after completing his assessment. As he was leaving the tv screen suddenly started working again, so he added $40 to his service fee claiming he had repaired it. However, as soon as he left, the screen image no longer worked (it hasn't since). This company did not offer a refund of any kind until we complained, and even at that, we had to drive over to pick up our partial refund (no offer or apology from the company for lack of professionalism, or to deliver the partial refund). We would not recommend this company again, nor use it under any circumstances.

When this customer call me on the phone, I answer the service call is 60 $ and the parts and labor will be given after doing the inspection. The TV have 2 problems: the cable in the TV not contact properly and the LCD display panel intermittent bad. Customer refused to replace the Panel, so I fix the cable for it work temperature only. When I leave there, TV is working ok. I charge 40 $ for the labor. The same day, customer call me the TV no work during I am very faraway so can not come back to immediately to check it. Customer want money back so she come to the shop and I refund her 40$, she does not know it does work well because she refused replace the Panel LCD. I have done my best to help her for the labor, because the TV does not work well is not my fail, it is customer do not want to repair it as it need to repair. I am very happy with the service. The technician diagnosed the problem over the phone, came to my home with the correct part and installed it quickly and efficiently. He made sure that the TV was back in place and working perfectly before he left. No surprises with the bill either. He told me exactly what it would cost in advance. I would use him again and I recommend him to others
